Instead I went to front page and unchecked everything in Ark Survival's check box list. Then the download was finished but I did not launch.
I got rid of some art programs that were pretty bulky since I only work with Blender these days. Tho I've got a gaming computer with lots of free space. While I did that I cleared more memory on my PC just in case. Idk why it was sitting there? Maybe it does that? Maybe cause I run Metered connect to prevent MS from forcing it's downloads at inconvenient times (game lag and disconnects). So I went to Download and what ya know there was a big fat update download just sitting there. I tried thousands of fixes but nothing worked until this one.
